Getting Started - Your 90 Day Plan

Now that you’ve had your Hair Scan, lets get your off to a great start so you’ll feel better & see improvement when you come back for your scan in 90 days.

Most people start to see changes within in a couple of weeks of eliminating/adding foods & supplements.


We covered a lot of information during your Scan Review and you probably won’t remember everything we went over. This page will remind you about some of the most important things we talked about to help you get started. I suggest you print your scan so you can go back to it easily. You’ll want to take some time to review it before you get started.

Start here:

  • YOUR PLAN: You’ll receive an email with a copy of your scan, a copy of your Report Summary Plan & the list of the nutritional deficiencies with causes and symptoms. I may add some suggestions for emotional health if that came up in your scan.

    Use the smoothie ingredients in Report Summary & Plan to get started for the first week while waiting on your supplements. Then begin adding more of your “yes” foods to all meals and for snacking. Be sure to check in when you get your 30 day reminder if we’ve discussed “Next Steps” in your supplements regimen. For best results you’ll want to follow your plan for 90 days and then re-scan to see what has resolved and what’s coming up next. You’ll save $50 on your 90 Day Scan if you get it scheduled within two weeks of your inital scan.

  • FOOD: Screenshot or print the page that shows your 10 foods to avoid. Be sure to avoid ALL of these foods for the next 90 days. This is also on your Report Summary (page 2). Screenshot or print pages 18 & 19 that show which foods to add based on your deficiencies. To keep it simple, commit to a morning or afternoon smoothie every day packed with your yes foods. You'll want to work to incorprate your yes foods into your diet 4x per week (seafoods only 2x per week). Try to create variety so you’re not eating the same things all of the time. Remember that some of the foods listed in your “foods to add” are on your “do not eat” list so be sure to cross them off.

  • MEAL PREP: Set aside some time for making a grocery list and for meal planning. If you plan ahead you’ll have much better success and avoid frustration.

  • TOXINS: Be sure to spend some time looking up the Additives that came up in your scan. You’ll see these on page 23. Many of these are found in food and some will be found in things you are using in your home or on your body. Just google “what is (additive number) in?”. You’ll want to eliminate these right away!

  • SUPPLEMENTS: I’ll send your FullScript & CellCore recommendations (if applicable) with your plan details. You’ll just need to used the email you provided and set up a password, add your selections to the cart for checkout and they’ll be delivered right to your house.

  • PROGRESS: Print the 30 Day Evaluation Pages and fill out the first one right away. If you don't have access to a printer, use a notebook. Your getting started email series will send you you a digital Evaluation that you can fill out on line and a reminder to fill it out every 30 days. This helps you to see progress you might not be noticing. If you’re not big on checking your emails, you might want to set reminders in your phone for your 30, 60 and 90 Self Evaluations and to set up your apppointment for your 90 Day Scan.
