Have you ever wondered if your Thyroid meds are working?

Maybe you've had your thyroid tested and your doc says you're fine but you have all of the symptoms of hypo or hyper thyroid. Many woman have been mis-diagnosed, under or over medicated or may even have an auto immune disease of the Thyroid (Hashimoto’s) that has gone undetected, due to lack of knowledge or not having the correct lab markers pulled.

Some of the symptoms of Hashimoto’s are:

  • Weight Gain

  • Fatigue

  • Depression

  • Constipation

  • Hair Loss

  • Dry Skin/Hair

  • Joint Pain & Swelling

I'm so excited to introduce a special guest., Dr. Chris Frogley, to explain everything you need to know about Thyroid health. Dr. Chris is a Thyroid expert and has been studying Functional Medicine for over 25 years. We'll talk about over/underacting thyroid symptoms & getting the proper bloodwork done to detect other health issues, as well as Hashimotos* and how to find out if you have it.

So what should I do if I suspect I have Thyroid Issues?

Ideally, you’ll want to consult a medical professional to get a full Thyroid Lab drawn. Most doctors will not pull all 10 Thyroid markers, and in my experience working with other clients, they won’t. A full panel may not covered by your insurance and/or may be outside of your doctor’s scope of practice.

As it is imperative to have a full panel in order to get the “big picture” and detect all of the different Thyroid functions Dr. Chris talked about in the video.

Once you have results, we can work on a special food plan to help get your body working for you instead of against you.
